Face to Face Workshops - Cancelled

We’d hoped, planned and worked hard to resume offering in person training this fall in Saskatchewan, and these plans have unfortunately fallen into the crucible. In other words, due to an abundance of caution in light of the 4th wave of COVID cases, we’ve cancelled the in-person workshops this fall.


Troy Sykes

Troy has 23 years’ experience working in Municipal Government.  Troy has extensive knowledge in strategic asset management planning, as well as asset management implementation. He has developed levels of service methodology  and has been involved in development of work plans and safety protocols, and project management methodologies. Troy is a graduate of the IPWEA Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning.

Jolene Callum

Jolene has been apart of the NAMS Canada team for 2 years facilitating the IPWEA Professional Certificate in Asset Management Course as well as providing technical support for NAMS+ subscribers. She is eager to assist you and your municipality with developing the skills needed for your asset management planning.

Lee Anne Harder

Lee Anne has 21 years’ experience in the public sector with 18 years in municipal government. Her focus over the last 6 years has been planning and implementing asset management systems. Additional experience includes finance, corporate budgeting, process review, strategic planning and policy development.

Terms and Conditions

  1. No Refunds - Due to the fact that subscriptions will be active from July 1 onward, with access to 1:1 support we will not be in a position to offer refunds.
  2. The online training opportunity is the only option we can guarantee due to COVID and ongoing uncertainty related to in person training
  3. If in person training is endorsed by provincial health guidelines, but demand is insufficient to offer training in both Saskatoon and Regina - registrations from the course with the lower enrollment will be offered the option to join in the other location or to take the course online.
  4. If you cannot attend the training, we would be pleased to accommodate substitutions from your organization only.
